No Returns

As a general policy, all sales made through the TigerPots website are final. We do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Ordering the wrong size, quantity, or color
• Products no longer required after delivery

No Refunds

TigerPots does not offer refunds on products that have been successfully delivered and are in accordance with the order placed.

Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect ordering by the customer will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

After verification, TigerPots will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the affected product where applicable. Refunds are generally not provided in such cases unless a replacement cannot be arranged.

Non-Eligible Cases

Claims will not be accepted for:

• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color or appearance resulting from photography or screen settings
• Requests submitted after the specified reporting period
